Vesta Real Estate Group is looking for a fantastic, new team member to join us on our small real estate team. If you are detailed, organized, efficient, hardworking, collaborative and a team player, you could be the perfect candidate for our new administrative assistant position!
30 in-person hours per week
Responsible for:
- Support agents in the office with administrative tasks
- Manage client database, Google drive, basic MLS tasks
- Coordinate real estate transactions post purchase & sale with communication to all parties involved
- Maintain office supplies
- Basic financial support to CFO
- Event planning with team
- Order marketing materials as needed
